Complaining of not enough sleep because you are working or studying too hard? Attractive TV programmes keeping you up? Stop complaining and do something about it!

In conjunction with the World Sleep Day on 19 March 2010, we urge everyone to sleep an hour more than your normal bedtime! Switch off your mobile phone, computers, TV and Xbox, tuck in and remember what it was like to enjoy a good night’s sleep!

Better yet, sleep an hour more every day, for the month of March and see the physical differences in your body! Take the challenge and logon to tell us how you feel!
